Submit a ticket

  • How to create: Go to Help Center > New Ticket or use the “Submit a ticket” form on our contact page.
  • What to include: Product name/version, a concise summary, steps to reproduce, screenshots/logs, and your preferred contact method.
  • Acknowledgement: We’ll acknowledge your ticket within 2 hours on business days.
  • Status: You can track updates in the Support Center or via email.

SLA and hours

  • Initial response time: Within 4 hours (business days, ET).
  • Resolution target: Within 24–72 hours from ticket creation, depending on impact level:
    • Low impact: 24–48 hours
    • Medium impact: 48–72 hours
    • High impact: 72 hours
  • After-hours: If you contact us after hours, we’ll respond on the next business day.
  • Holidays: Observed holidays may affect response and resolution times.

Escalations

  • When to escalate: If your issue isn’t resolved within 12–24 hours, please escalate.
  • How to escalate: Email info@remedialtriangle.com with “Escalation” in the subject or submit an escalation request via https://remedialtriangle.com/contact/ (select “Escalation”).
  • After-hours escalation: For urgent issues after hours, contact info@remedialtriangle.com or call 855-536-9900.
